Steps to Apply

Takes just a few minutes

  1. Go to join.exprealty.com and click Create Account (or log in if returning).
  2. Select your Country and State/Province.
  3. Enter your Contact Info (name, email, mobile). Verify email if prompted.
  4. Provide your License Details and MLS (or choose Pre-Licensed if you’re not yet licensed).
  5. When asked for Sponsor, type Anthony Simmons and confirm the match. If asked for a phone, enter 507-363-1089.
  6. Review and accept the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and disclosures.
  7. Complete remaining questions (brokerage history if applicable, tax details, direct deposit info).
  8. Click Submit. You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an email.
  9. Watch for your Enterprise “Welcome” email when you’re activated. The $149 one-time join fee is typically charged within 24–48 hours after activation.
  10. Follow the State Broker Team email to complete your license transfer. Once affiliated, finish your tool setup (Okta, MyeXp, CRM, SkySlope, Workplace, eXp World).

New agents: If you’ve had fewer than three transactions in the last 12 months (varies by state), you’ll be enrolled in the Mentor Program until you graduate.

Co-Sponsor (optional): For joins on/after May 1, 2025, you may select a Co-Sponsor within 5 days of onboarding. This is separate from your Primary Sponsor.

After You Submit

What happens next

  • Onboarding Analyst: Reviews your application and activates your profile in Enterprise.
  • Welcome Email: Sent automatically when you’re converted to active status.
  • License Transfer: Your State Broker Team emails detailed steps.
  • Tool Setup: Use Okta SSO to access MyeXp, CRM of Choice (BoldTrail / Lofty / Cloze), SkySlope, Workplace, eXp World, and eXp University.

Where do I start my application?

What if I can’t find the sponsor field?
Look for a field labeled “Sponsor” during the application. Enter Anthony Simmons (phone: 507-363-1089) and confirm the correct match.
When is the $149 join fee charged?
Typically within 24–48 hours after you’re activated in Enterprise. You’ll also receive a Welcome Email.

Do I have to choose a Co-Sponsor?
