Financial Incentives for Teams & Brokerages
eXp offers equity incentives to culturally aligned independent teams and brokerages through its Boost program. Qualifying teams—those with more than 50 agents and over $100 million in sales volume—receive stock equity, no overhead costs and brokerage support.
For smaller teams, eXp recently launched the Thrive program. Thrive is a new equity incentive for U.S. and Canadian teams that may not meet Boost’s minimum thresholds. The program provides equity and support to help growing teams thrive without sacrificing their culture or independence.
Both Boost and Thrive participants can still access revenue share and stock awards, giving team leaders additional pathways to grow wealth while their agents succeed.
Flexible Team Structures

Group Team
Ideal for small teams or partnerships. All agents operate independently while benefiting from shared branding and support. Each agent has their own cap and commission split.
Standard Team
Designed for teams with a lead agent providing substantial value to team members. The team leader pays a reduced cap on behalf of the team, and members benefit from lower fees and shared resources.
Mega Team / Mega ICON
Created for high‑volume teams with significant production. Team leaders and members can earn additional stock awards and reduced transaction fees when they meet production thresholds.
Self‑Organized Team
Flexibility for teams that don’t fit into a standard model. This structure lets you organize your group while each agent maintains their own commission and cap.

How to Join with Your Team
Getting your team on board is simple. Here’s an overview of the process:
- Contact Anthony Simmons to discuss your team’s goals and the available incentive programs.
- Complete your preliminary application on the eXp website and designate Anthony as your sponsor. This ensures your team is credited to the correct downline.
- Work with an eXp broker to review your current brokerage and agent agreements and choose the right team structure.
- Transfer your licenses and onboard your team members. eXp’s staff will assist with paperwork and training.
- Set up your tools and training. Leverage eXp’s technology, mentoring and global network to grow your business.
Note: Team leaders should join first. Once leaders are onboarded and set up, the rest of the team can follow. Partner with us to ensure your entire team transitions smoothly and everything is accomplished correctly.
