eXp Realty Launches New Co-Sponsor Program to Boost Agent Support and Growth

eXp Realty rolls out its brand-new Co-Sponsor Program—an exciting step forward in support, collaboration, and financial opportunity for both eXp agents and commercial advisors.

First introduced at eXpcon in Montréal back in April 2025, the Co-Sponsor Program is already changing the way agents and advisors grow their businesses, lead others, and succeed within eXp.

What is the Co-Sponsor Program?

For the first time in company history, new agents and advisors who join eXp can now name both a Primary Sponsor and a Co-Sponsor. This means they’ll have guidance from two leaders instead of one, creating more personalized support and stronger connections—while still maintaining eXp’s groundbreaking revenue share model.
