The opening of Dubai marked eXp Realty’s 24th location. This was the sixth market expansion for eXp in 2022, following launches in the Dominican Republic, Greece, New Zealand, Chile, and Poland. Dubai is also the second market to open in the Middle East, joining Israel.

It is home to ultramodern skyscrapers, including the world’s tallest building. This includes the Burj Khalifa, standing at 2,716.5 feet (828 meters) with 160 stories. Dubai also features several man-made islands. Including one shaped like a palm tree, offering an array of beaches, residences, and hotels.
Dounia Fadi, who has over 18 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai, will lead the operations in Dubai.
